• Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
• Children wearing diapers should wear swim diapers with tight fitting rubber or plastic pants.
• Appropriate swimwear is required. No belts, buckles, chains, jeans, bikini thongs, etc. All swimwear is subject to park approval.
• Life vests are available at no charge.
• All flotation devices and furniture subject to park approval.
• Additional policies and instructions are posted throughout the park.
• Failure to follow park rules could result in serious injuries and/or removal without refund.
• No coolers of any kind are allowed.
• No food or beverages allowed in the park.

Rain Check Policy – If Surfside management is forced to clear the water slides and swimming pools for a total of 60 minutes or more during the course of one operating day, a 1/2-price ticket will be issued. If Surfside is forced to close the park for the day, a complimentary pass will be given. (If you came in under the “After 3 Swim” ticket – you will receive a complimentary pass for “After 3”). Any time all of the attractions are closed will be contributed towards the 60 minutes regardless of whether the park operated in between. No Refunds will be given. Receipts are required in order to receive a rain check.

Guests will be eligible for the offer as they exit the park and come to the Surfside Office and present a correctly dated receipt. The pass will be good any day, but only during the current year. (Season Pass holders and complimentary ticket holders will be exempt). So, enjoy your day of fun at Surfside!
